SEEN SAMUI
Brand identity & Environmental Graphics for an Island Resort Beach Club
A laid-back beach club on Thailand’s Samui Island, one of the most popular resort destinations in Thailand– receives its brand, day and night environmental graphics, and signage by Whitespace.
Taking cues from the ‘Deco Modern Architecture’– our branding team developed signage and graphics fully integrated with the architecture & interiors.

Our solution expresses a careful consideration of day versus night.

Brand identity & Environmental Graphics for an Island Resort Beach Club
A new seaside resort on the world-famous Samui Island invited Whitespace to collaborate with their architectural teams to create a fully integrated branding, graphics and wayfinding design for the complex. Samui island is located in the Gulf of Thailand– only a one-hour flight from Bangkok is popular with well-heeled Bangkokers and European holidaymakers. Seen intends to connect with a younger demographic of the global citizenry.
Seen Samui is all about fun. Following our client’s guidance for a retro-deco vibe- we immediately started working with neon- and a tropical pastel colour pallet. Doing our part to contribute to the fun, we created cheeky neon artworks, and named the takeaway truck- ‘serial griller’. The illuminated graphics also help it transform from a family-friendly daytime playground to an uber instagrammable party vibe in the tropical breeze filled evenings.
