A well-established pharmacist with locations across greater Bangkok- P&F have witnessed a complete transformation of the industry in Thailand over the past few decades. Whitespace mission was to create a new model for its retail operations to serve as a north star for the company going forward.

The Pharmacy industry across the world has witnessed a major transformation to become a component of broader Health & Beauty Industry. Global brands like Boots and Watsons established new benchmarks as they entered southeast Asian markets, creating challenges for local Chemists shops. Although P&F had risen to the challenge, and expanded into a multi-location retailer– the expansion was done mostly organically.

The team at Whitespace helped create a holistically considered branded retail solution. Driven in large measure to establish P&F's competitive advantage as a full-service pharmacy in contrast to their global competitors who treated the pharmacy of secondary importance.

Our team also helped create a strong visual image for the store. We take into consideration flexibility, scalability, economy and speed of implementation. Beyond the interiors, our graphic design team created a visual communication language for the stores that includes environmental graphics, signage for print and digital implementation.
