A Bangkok Condominium
Whitespace was approached to create a ‘bachelor pad’ residence inspired by the interior design by one of our first restaurant in Bangkok, Mellow. We were happy to oblige.
With a simple material pallet of red brick, honey-coloured natural wood, and matte-black finished steel carried over from Mellow- our interior designers created a simple layout. With a program to accommodate the owner’s penchant for entertaining, a long kitchen counter-bar was created- mediating the space between the kitchen and the living and dining areas, all with stunning views of the Bangkok skyline.
Structural elements were wrapped with riveted steel- creating a space divider between the living and dining. A workspace, library and drum practice area anchor one end of the floor plan, with the master bedroom anchoring the other.
